Prior to the policy cancelling, our team made multiple documented attempts to contact you regarding the payment and policy status, including emails on 10/6, 10/14, and 10/20, as well as a voicemail on 10/16. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response to any of those messages.

In addition to our outreach, written cancellation notices would also have been sent directly by State Farm. We work hard to prevent cancellations whenever possible, but payments must be completed to keep coverage active, and timely communication is essential when issues arise.

We’re happy to help review reinstatement options or assist with next steps if you’d like to contact our office directly.
